Anonymous asked: I live in Australia and I had some questions about dip-dyeing. First of all, I have previously dyed hair (it's kind of a reddish-chocolate brown) and I wanted to dip-dye a section of my hair. I would rather not bleach it, but would I have to if it is previously dyed?(Would the two dyes have a weird reaction) also what bleach would you recommend if I had to bleach it?
