Bleached my dark brown hair to level 11-12, then left Shimmer Lights shampoo on it for about an hour to tone. Dye is a mixture of several different colors: tiny amounts of Special Effects Blue Haired Freak, Blue Velvet, and Atomic pink mixed with several tablespoons of Manic Panic Ultra Violet, then diluted with about a cup of white conditioner.  lifeinlens
